Nilgiri Coffee Propaganda is the company behind the brand Nilcos Coffee. We are committed to transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all our products.

As Nilcos Coffee products are consumable in nature, our refund and return policies are defined to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

Returns

Due to the nature of coffee products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered and opened.

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • The product delivered is defective

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible for a return request:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Supporting images or an unboxing video may be requested for verification

Refunds

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds and returns will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Minor variations in taste, aroma, or colour (as coffee is a natural product)

  • Damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Customers are advised to contact us immediately after placing an order for cancellation requests.
